Jan. 45.  This Tiger II commanded by SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer Mobius is being refueled by US troops and they will drive it a few hundred meters to the south of La Gleize where the engine will stall and the tank is abandoned. Panther tank commanded by Knappisch is a rare late war model where the roadwheels are totally off steel (called Steel wheel Panther), the same design as from the Tiger II, this Panther is destroyed just on the spot by heavy US troops fire.  (Added description: Thanks to Benno Decker, La Gleize)
